Egg-yolk powder

1 kg product contains the egg-yolk of approx. 130 pieces of eggs produced by diffuser drying.Usage: add 1,3 units of drinkable water to 1 unit of powder, mix it gently. Package is 10 kg coated with polyethylene, packed in paper bags. You can use it until 18 months.
