Egg-white powder

1 kg product contains the egg-white of approx. 250 pieces of eggs produced by diffuser drying. Usage: add 8 units of drinkable water to 1 unit of powder, mix it gently. Package is 10 and 3 kg coated with polyethylene, packed in paper bags. You can use it until 18 months.
